"Reset warnings" button is unclear

Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Environment" -> "General". There's a button labelled "Reset warnings". To me it's completely unclear what this will do.

An explaining tooltip might help.

When clicked, a popup shows the message "Done". I think this should give more information, too.
