Consolidate profiles and platforms

For historical reasons, qbs has both "platforms" and "profiles", which have overlapping responsibilities. It would probably make sense to get rid of platforms and have only profiles.
Note, however, that this will lose the ability to share sets of properties, so we might need to come up with a replacement, e.g. by making profiles inheritable.
