error message 'one or more PCH files were found, but they were invalid' on clean-rebuild

This error pops every time i modify something in precompiled header, and try to build project. Clean/rebuild does not help. To get rid of, i have to delete build directory manually. Then i get another error, and next attempt starts actual rebuild.

I was not able to reproduce it on simple 'hello pch' project yet.
