qbs-config-qt requires administrator on Windows 7

    Description

      qbs-setup-qt requires administrator rights on Windows 7, qbs-config does not. Is this on purpose? In my opinion it is really annoying if I set up a qbs environment.

      Another thing, the auxiliary command

      qbs setup-qt

      does not work, I have to use

      qbs-setup-qt.exe

      But

      qbs config

      does work, I have not to use

      qbs-config.exe
