QS60Style: Menu separators should be supported

Currently QS60Style follows native outlook so that it won't show any kind of menu separator. This unfortunately makes porting
of Qt applications somewhat difficult to Symbian platform.

Style should draw some kind of separator OR at least make sure that the non-existing separator won't take any space on the UI.
