Flickable default too sensitive

Install and run the Tesla May 19th 2010 release on a N900. (I'll email you a link to where you can find it)

Click the home button. Open the launcher pane and click on the app icon in the top right corner.
Gently nudge the list, and note how it is very sensitive, and sometime shots off almost all the way
to then end for no good reason. The same, but not quite so pronounced can be seen in the Phone app.
