Font substitution does not work when a font does not have a particular character

    Description

      A combining acute accent (U+0301) within Cyrillic words is rendered as a square in Konqueror and Dolphin, but both Firefox and Nautilus work fine. This bug can only be reproduced with Liberation fonts.

      For instance, е́ is rendered as "e[]" in Konqueror, Rekonq, Arora, and Opera. But Firefox, Midory, and Epiphany render it as "é". Please see a test file and screenshots attached.
