The list of properties that can be declared from QML is incomplete.

The list at http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.7-snapshot/qml-extending-types.html#adding-new-properties does not include at least properties of object type (e.g. Item, QtObject) or lists (there might be others missing as well).
