BT: QML examples/demos launched from qtdemo will not open in their own window

This fake "click outside to close" window is really use-unfriendly (as evident by the need for a message to the user how to "close" the window) and annoying (pressing esc will close the whole qtdemo app, not what you expect). Why don't we use real windows like the other examples?
