CLONE -SH_ScrollView_FrameOnlyAroundContents border painting bug

In a (custom) QStyle implementation that activates the style hint "SH_ScrollView_FrameOnlyAroundContents" the painting of a QTableView with style sheet "border: 2px solid black;" produces an incorrect frame.

We know this did work with Qt 4.3.3, so any version in between may be affected. Also other classes aside from QTableView are likely to be affected. For us this means we cannot yet migrate.
