Plugin leak reported by valgrind

When I run the attached program in valgrind it reports a leak in Qt 4.6.3 and 4.7-pre. I do not get the same leak reported in Qt 4.5.4. I'm not certain if this is intended behaviour. If it is, the documentation needs to be clarified at least.
