Nesting PathView inside of any Flickable causes Pathview to no longer scroll - instead the containing flickable scrolls when user attempts to drag in PathView

    Description

      I would like to have a flickable view which contains among other things a PathView item. When nesting these elements, the Flickable does scroll, but the PathView does not. The PathView does scroll when not nested inside a flickable, and you can nest flickables inside of flickables (all scroll as expected when dragged.)

      In the attached example code, you can drag the whole thing up and down, and you can drag the small embedded (Inner) Flickable up and down, but you cannot drag the PathView items - attempting to do so drags the whole flickable again....
