Native Cocoa Dialogs ( QFileDialog, QColorDialog etc ) being duplicate when opened from a modal dialog

    Description

      When opening a native cocoa dialog from a modal dialog and we switch to another application ( via the dock ) and come back, the file dialog is duplicated.
      We can see Qt Native dialog and Cocoa Native dialog at the same time.
      Just horrible
      Test case joined.
