QtSvgRenderer fails to load CSS if SVG has relative path to CSS

If my svg uses relative path for CSS, the css does not load.
Copy the two attachments in the same folder and open the SVG using QtSvgRenderer

If I use absolute path, then it works.

Relative paths work well in other browsers like Firefox.
