Enable floating point support by default on Symbian builds

Currently Qt Symbian builds are built using the "softvfp" option which means that floating point math is implemented as a function call instead of using the VFP instructions which yield far better performance. The vast majority of supported devices currently support VFPv2 so we should change the default floating point option when building Qt to softvfp+vfpv2.
