Transition enabled property

    Description

      I have some use cases which I need to go from state "A" to "B" with and without transition depending on a condition. QML does not provide a way to do this without doing workarounds.
      I think it would be nice to have an "enabled" property for Transition, like the one present in the Behavior component.
