    Description

      In the MDI example:
      1. Click New
      2. Right-click the window titlebar and click "Stay on Top"
      3. Click New
      4. Maximize the window created in step 3
      5. Click the window created in step 1 (it should be floating around the current maximized window)

      Expected behaviour:
Focus changes to the floating window while leaving both windows in their normal/minimized/maximized states.

      Actual behaviour:
When clicking on the floating window, the current window is restored and the "Stay on Top" window is maximized.
