Text rendering Artifacts on Windows

    Description

      I started a very fresh Qt Creator snapshot which is built against a fairly final Qt 4.7.1, and got text rendering artifacts under certain glyphs (in theis case under the 'Q'). See the attached screenshot.
      This reminds me a bit of QTBUG-9176

      Windows XP 32bit. Monochrome font (Robert was able to see such an artifact.. also under the 'Q' on Win7 64bit, antialiased/cleartype font)
