Make Qt require OpenSSL 1.0.0

    Description

      This requires some communication with Symbian, Meego and Qt SMS.

      Benefits would be that we might be able to get rid of some dynamic loading code and ifdef we have right now. OpenSSL say they are binary compatible from 1.0.0 onwards.

      Should we still have OpenSSL optionable? i guess yes. But then at least we could require 1.0.0.

      At Qt runtime, we can check the version with http://www.openssl.org/docs/crypto/OPENSSL_VERSION_NUMBER.html
