QMAKE_CLEAN qmake variable is not supported in symbian-sbsv2 mkspec

QMAKE_CLEAN qmake variable is not supported in symbian-sbsv2 mkspec. Proper implementation for this requires doing the cleaning via FLMs, so we probably need to add another FLM for just cleaning purposes unless raptor already provides a suitable one by default.
