Missing APIShims in obsoleted QScriptValue constructors

    Description

      The QScriptValue constructors that take an engine and calls into JSC don't create APIShims.
      This causes a few of the QtScript autotests to crash when COLLECT_ON_EVERY_ALLOCATION is set to 1 in JavaScriptCore/runtime/Collector.cpp.
