Suggestion: TextCharFormat::setAnchor() should format text as link

The documentation for setAnchor() implies that the link would be formatted in the appropriate way by setting it to true. This is not entirely correct since the text will not be given a different formatting unless the file is saved and reopened from html. It would be nice if the link would be formatted by setting setAnchor(true). Also when using setAnchor(false) this should only remove the formatting specific to links.
