Text does not redraw properly when moved

Steps to reproduce:

• start the test app included with qmlviewer (main.qml)
• drag the red bar vertically to move the column

Expected Result:

• column redraws cleanly

Actual Result:

• The alphabets leave residue when the bar is being dragged
• Task away and task back (forcing a screen redraw) fixes the problem
