    Description

      The bundle ID in the Info.plist file for the Mac is always prefixed with "com.yourcompany". It would be nice, to have this set in the .pro file, eg. by introducing a new qmake variable QMAKE_BUNDLEID_PREFIX (which should default to "com.yourcompany" of course). This would have the big advantage, that one does not need to provide ones own plist.info template.
