Symbian: Maximized main window layouts partially below softkeys when application is first launched

Maximized main window layouts partially below softkeys when application is first launched. This seems to happen only in portrait mode. Later layouts triggered by orientation change or other actions will layout the window correctly.

QTBUG-19043 could be related, though that only pertains to full screen mode, and if I recall correctly, at that time maximized window did layout properly, so this is probably a regression caused by some recent change.
