Qml Flickable does not report moving state for keyboard navigation interactions

    Description

      Flickables boolean 'moving' property does not change to true when you navigate ListViews or GridViews with navigation keys. This property is set to true only after mouse or wheel events. If you have functionality for when your flickable area is moving (for example showing scrollbars) you cannot rely on Flickable::moving reporting all cases where the area moves.
