Qt5 configure outputs many warning messages

    Description

      Running Qt5's configure in a qt5.git + submodules environment produces a lot of warnings of the form:

      QtCore: WARNING: /home/user/depot/qt5-staging/qtbase/src/corelib/qtcoreversion.h does not include QT_BEGIN_HEADER
QtCore: WARNING: /home/user/depot/qt5-staging/qtbase/src/corelib/qtcoreversion.h does not include QT_BEGIN_NAMESPACE
QtCore: WARNING: /home/user/depot/qt5-staging/qtbase/src/corelib/qtcoreversion.h does not include QT_MODULE

      Additionally, there is also one copy of the following:

      Unrecognized generator spec () - assuming 'make'
