It is not possible to scroll a ListView or flickable smoothly programmatically

    Description

      In the ListView case, I can use highlightFollowsCurrentIndex and set the current index, but if changing the current index can not be changed, I can not cause a smooth scroll.

      My attempt to hack this is attached (using a Behavior), but maybe there is API needed on Flickable.
