QPrinter::Custom should be able to be used when CUPS is used with QPrinter.

    Description

      QPrinter::Custom cannot be used when CUPS is used with QPrinter. The QPageSetupDialog disables the paper size settings when it is selected. The custom setting is disabled in qpagesetupdialog_unix.cpp in _q_paperSizeChanged().
