Qt on Symbian missing cut/copy/paste functionalities from touch input editing menu in editors

In Symbian touch-screen devices editor is pressed it opens up native touch input functionality. When running this in Qt application the touch input gui is missing cut/copy/paste functionalities that are available in native applications. These are available as actions in a menu presented from a button in touch input virtual keyboard window. Since Qt application cannot add these itself to the touch input gui Qt implementation should add them when necessary.

This issue exits in the full-screen VKBs that are used by default but probably impacts also split view editors (coming in Qt 4.7.4).
