QGraphicsView benchmark time is bad on symbian^3 device

How to reproduce
==============
1. Compile the QGraphicsView application("..\tests\benchmarks\gui\graphicsview\qgraphicsview") base on TB9.2 SDK(92_201125_hw79) build-in qt libraries.
2. Install the QGraphicsView sis package to device.
3. Launch QGraphicsView through launch tool by parameter "-xml -o".
4. Wait the testing finished and get output xml file.

Expected result
================
The benchmark time is good as same as other Symbian^3 devices(for example:N8 PR022.014,C6-01 PR022.014 and C7 PR022.014)
.
Actual result
================
The benchmarks time is bad with comparing other Symbian Anna devices(for example:N8 PR022.014,C6-01 PR022.014 and C7 PR022.014).

Especially the function "Rotation", the benchmark time is bader.
This performance issue is most likely related to rotation: Rotation is not smooth, view is messed up before the rotation is successful.
