QString::QString ( const char * str ) and QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII

    Description

      When trying to call QString( const char* str ) with QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII defined applicatinon simply crashes because of SIGSERV (as shows debugger in QString::operator=(const QString&)).
      Maybe it's better not just crash but tell user why app crashes.
