Allow QML var properties to reference scarce resources

When the property var syntax is added to QML, we would like to be able to pass QPixmaps (and potentially other scarce resource types) to QML from C++ and vice versa. Currently, we support this via variant properties, and we need to ensure that this support is maintained for var properties.

Current Status (05/10/2011):

Awaiting review and integration of property var syntax commit, before updating/reviewing scarce resource support for var properties can take place. The code is functionally complete.

Current Status (17/10/2011):

Property var was integrated with commit 752cd2aca42f6625f1cfc364937e0d39828cf954 on October 6th, scarce resource support was updated and pushed to review on the 10th. Currently awaiting review.
