Symbian: Function idealThreadCount() needs to report the correct value

    Description

      At the moment http://doc.trolltech.com/4.4/.html#idealThreadCount is hardcoded to 1. We need to detect this at runtime ie queryd from HAL once we have such variable in:
      see hal.h and hal_data.h.

      To support this feature Qt require's at least ReadDeviceData capabilities.
