PrintDialog should use cups-defaults for e.g. duplex-printing

In cups, my printer is configured to use "duplex no tumble". Non-KDE apps use this setting (even gnome) but QT not.
In the QT-print dialog, duplex is set to none by default (and the printer even uses the wrong tray).

To reproduce this, use e.g. a printer with 2 trays and set the default tray to 2 and try to print
a PDF with KDE to this default tray without having to change any setting in the print dialog.
