Combobox popups do not resize when screen rotates

If a combobox popup is visible when the screen is rotated dynamically, the popup should resize to ensure that it stays entirely within the desktop area that it belongs to. Presently this does not occur, as demonstrated by Qtopia in task 213627.

Dynamic rotation is becoming more common in embedded devices, some of which are able to sense which way the user is holding the device and change between portrait and landscape orientations while applications remain open, and other that rotate the screen in response to user actions, such as moving the hardware slider on certain Nokia devices.
