    Description

      If application needs to add some custom effects on the decoded data before it is sent to audio output device, it needs to decode the data offline and then apply the effects on the decoded data. So we need QAudioCodec API which does the encoding/decoding of audio data. Also, this API can be used along with QAudioMixer API(not there yet QTMOBILITY-1134) when Multiple encoded streams need to be mixed and played to the device or saved to a file.
