QML Video elements seekable property is always false

The seekable property of QML Video element is always false, even for local video clips. The seekable property should be true if the video allows playback position to be changed.

The attached test application can be used to view the value of the seekable property. The test application loads and plays a video clip named test.mp4 from the root of e-drive and shows values of some properties of the Video element.
