Modularize Qt3D to Provide Option for Stand-alone C++ API

    Description

      There has been some interest in an option to build Qt3D purely for the C++ API, and thus just have the standalone libQt3D.so available, without the other components.

      This would mean that the QML component would not be a dependency, and likewise a smaller Qt build could be used.
