Additional testing API for QML textures.

• Given I am using Qt3D QML
• When I wish to ensure that textures are loading properly
• Then I should be able to query texture properties and receive testing signals from the texture/effect classes.

Developer Notes:

• Fail to load signal for texture2d
• API to query texture size to ensure correct texture is loaded.
