Install guide for Qt/Mac is missing requirements and mentions 'Start' menu

In the Note at the top of the Mac install document, there is a link to the Qt/Mac Requirements document. This document is missing the requirements is should be speaking of. I guess it should be something about the OS version being 10.4+ for development and for deploying it's 10.3.9 or greater.

In point 5 at the bottom of the same install document, there is the frasing:
[...] Run the Qt Examples and Demos either by typing qtdemo on the command line or through the desktop's Start menu.

This seems to be a copy from the Windows docs as Mac OS X does not have a Start menu. Please Mac-ify this sentence
