$$QMAKESPEC is a path in the source dir, but should be in the build dir/install dir.

    Description

      Because the $$QMAKESPEC is a source-dir path, it can not be used at build-time to determine the mkspec relative path. The result is that the qplatformdefs.h test with CMake does not pass on windows.
