qmake does not pass the default include dirs to moc

    Description

      I'm building Qt 5.0.1 from the stable branch and moc fails with an "Undefined interface" error when I build qtdeclarative.

      It's not a qtdeclarative-specific issue because it happens to other modules as well, qtsvg for example.

      It's an automated build and it happens in a chroot (no stale temporary files), no shadow build.

      It doesn't happend when I build the ArchLinux packages so it's probably something wrong/missing from this setup.

      At the moment I haven't more details, but I'm willing to collect whatever information you need to fix this bug.
