Items do not always emit focus and activeFocus changed signals when the QGraphicsScene is not active.

QDeclarativeItem emits activeFocusChanged and in some instances focusChanged in response to the FocusIn and FocusOut events. These are only delivered when the containing QGraphicsScene is active, and can therefore fail to emitted from an unfocused window.
