[autotests] tst_qcamerabackend fails too often in CI

Update: The tst_qcamerabackend autotest has failed 8 times in CI between April 9. to April 29., 2013

Most common failures:

• tst_QCameraBackend::initTestCase() Received signal 11
• tst_QCameraBackend::initTestCase() Received a fatal error.

The tst_qcamerabackend autotest has failed 10 times in CI between 2013-01-18 and 2013-02-25, and ranks as the second most failing test in that time frame. It seems likely that the test needs a rewrite.
