    Description

When building Qt-5.1.0-alpha with MinGW-w64 toolchain I have error:

      mingw32-make[4]: Leaving directory 'c:/qtsdk/qt-builds/work/build-x32/qt-5.1.0/qtdeclarative/tools/qmlmin'
mingw32-make[4]: *** No rule to make target 'C:/qtsdk/qt-builds/work/build-x32/qt-5.1.0/qtdeclarative/lib/libQt5QmlDevTools.a', needed by '../../bin/qmlmin.exe'. Stop.
Makefile:34: recipe for target 'release' failed
      mingw32-make[3]: *** [release] Error 2
      mingw32-make[3]: Leaving directory 'c:/qtsdk/qt-builds/work/build-x32/qt-5.1.0/qtdeclarative/tools/qmlmin'

I think QmlDevTools need to be builded before qmlmin.
When I go to "qtdeclarative/src/qmldevtools" and do "make all" by hand build is resuming.
