PROPOSAL: Plugin-based Compression/Decompression

We knew that Qt uses zlib (tell me if I am wrong) for compression/decompression through the members qCompress()/qUncompress(). Though, these functions are a real help, I think they won't be enough since there are a lot of compression/decompression algorithms which already exists. I think, it might be better if there will be a Plugin Class that will be able to handle it and to extend Qt capabilities. I think it is a good addition to the "Qt Plugin Classes" (http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtcore/plugins.html)
