QTextTable is not printed correctly to pdf.

    Description

      When printing QTextTable to pdf, it cuts the cells in page break. If you happen to have background-color in that cell, it looks nasty as the color continues outside the cell. Please see attached image.
      Attached also example which produces this issue. This issue is for 4.8.x only since in Qt5 this has been fixed.
