add option to shorten tab's titles

Some help topics can have very long title (like "<QtConcurrentFilter> - Concurrent Filter and Filter-Reduce"), and since they are fully displayed, too little tabs appear on screen. Need to add option to behave like browsers, which restrict tab's title length.
