Context menus now open on mouse press instead of mouse release.

    Description

      This breaks behavior in my application as I was using right click drag as is common on Windows (Windows Explorer itself relies on right click drags to open the context menu on mouse release NOT mouse press to choose the meaning of the drag itself).
